Created in-house copywriting and content marketing practice at digitally-focused B2B agency.
Responsible for department planning, hiring, client service, new business development, creative strategy
and product quality. Clients included CSC, Avaya, Johns Manville and Ping Identity.
Our relationship with this industry-leading cloud services company began with account-based marketing targeting the Department of Homeland Security. We executed campaigns, created content to support them, and grew the business beyond DHS over time.
Faction Media supported Avaya on many levels, the largest being three global demand generation campaigns in 2012. However, the relationship with Avaya extended across business units to include campaigns and content for Unified Communications, Data Networking, Contact Centers and the corporate brand. Work included print, digital, microsites, video, trade shows, white papers, and brand/campaign concepts.
The Denver-based building products company was another core client for Faction Media. Our deepest relationships were with the Building Insulation and Air Handling (HVAC) groups, with additional work in Roofing and New Product Development. Work included print, digital, in-store mobile, video, trade shows, white papers and brand/campaign concepts.
Level 3 Communications

Emerson Micro Motion Campaign
We developed a compelling creative platform and associated campaign to counter competitive pressures in commoditized liquid measurement industry (think oil, food, international trade). We created a campaign that would appeal to the problem-solving mindset of engineers while reinforcing that only the best products hold up under scrutiny.
